Yoga is for you, if you wish to work intensively with your body and mind through the many different aspects of yoga. You will improve your physical shape and experience a journey that goes a little deeper into the universe of the body.
Yoga is much more than simply stretching exercises. It can be incredibly tough physically and quite confrontational mentally, while it also proves as a great form of release, as it regenerates and harmonizes both your body and mind.
During the classes, we will practice various yoga forms, from sweat-dripping, flow-filled Vinyasa lessons to restorative Ying and Yoga Nidra sessions.
We will geek out over the techniques, explore creative sequences and go in-depth with classic positions, work with breathing, meditation and body scanning. The focus is to create more body awareness, connection and flow.
Your MINOR SUBJECT gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a different discipline than your MAJOR SUBJECT – thus giving you a wider perspective on the many possibilities within sports.
